UVC Profile 300
Overview
The UVC Profile 300 is a sanitising unit that has been design for numerous applications such as smaller compact areas such as vending machines and areas during unoccupied periods only. Its UVC light destroys microorganisms at the DNA level and can play an effective part in sanitisation regimes.
It comes with surface clip fixings and four configurable lengths. The driver has been made as an external item for both ease of its positioning and to facilitate the construction of a safety control system. The UVC Profile can be supplied as a straight forward 12v DC connection and has the external DC driver option if required.
We have designed this light with the 270nm UVC chip in the extra slim aluminium profile housing for extra heat dissipation. The Profile UVC system is also linkable if required and will need to have a selected driver for your profile system length. Starting at 4-watt, this UVC Profile range will go up to 16-watt.
The UVC Profile must be installed by a competent electrician to ensure that a safety circuit is only functional for the UVC light during unoccupied periods and that an effective fail-safe system is in place.
Please note, there are strict guidelines against using UVC lights in the presence of people, as even brief exposure to UVC light can cause burns and eye damage. Please call us for advice.
