SEAI: Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland Energy Show 2018
INUI attended the SEAI Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland Energy Show 2018 this week. The SEAI is Ireland’s national sustainable energy authority. In 2017 the SEAI launched a five-year sustainable energy strategy to address the effects of climate change. This will enable Ireland to transition to a low-carbon economy and ensure a healthier future. The strategy aims to empower citizens by giving them the means to use less energy. Raising awareness of sustainable energy itself and increasing the impact from grant schemes are additional strategy measures.
The SEAI Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland Energy Show 2018 is a business-only event. It showcases leading suppliers of energy efficient and renewable energy products and services from Ireland and Europe. The SEAI Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland Energy Show 2018 was a great opportunity for INUI to platform two of its best-selling products. The LED SOX Lamp and LED Driver-On-Board High Bay were both entered for Product of the Show Awards in the Lighting Category.
The led sox lamp
The LED SOX Lamp is an ideal replacement for old-style orange SOX lamps. The lamps illuminate instantly and give an accurate colour-rendering index. The LED SOX lamps yields a 30-50% energy saving in comparison to the old sodium SOX lamps.
The led driver-on-board high bay
The Driver-On-Board High Bay requires zero maintenance, LED fittings rarely need to be replaced, enabling maximum return on investment. The inclusion of the Phillips 3030 chip enables a high lumen output.
The SEAI Energy Show 2018 was very well attended and our LED lighting products produced a great deal of attention and interest.
The SEAI panel of judges were given a product demonstration, which they followed up with some tough questioning. INUI were delighted that the LED SOX Lamp was awarded ‘Winner’ and the Driver-On-Board High Bay ‘Commended” in the Lighting Category for Product of the Show Awards.
