Returns & Damages
As soon as you receive your order, you must check for damages and/or missing items. You must make a claim for damages/shortages within 48 hours of receipt of your package. To make a claim, email email@example.com stating your invoice number and the details of the damages/shortages along with photographic evidence.
If you make a claim after 48 hours has passed, it will be refused. Please be aware that the time and date of the delivery is recorded with our carriers, so email us immediately if you want to make a claim.
INUI will not be held responsible for financial loss by the customer or third-parties as part of your agreed contract with others.
If you wish to return a faulty item, INUI will cover the cost of both return and replacement goods. Please send your returns to Unit 4 Beaumont Court, Prince William Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 5DA, United Kingdom within 7 working days of your claim at your cost. When you return products to us, send a scanned copy of the invoice for the delivery and we will refund you the cost. Make sure the goods are re-packaged carefully for transit as we cannot process your replacement or fix the issue for goods damaged further due to transit.
Any maintenance/repair/replacement work that you agree with third parties will not be INUI’s responsibility. We will not be liable for these costs unless a written and signed agreement has been predetermined before the purchase of the said products.
Please note that items classed as ‘Special Made to Order’ are not returnable due to the products being manufactured to individual requirements.
