Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all of INUI’s products are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. For emergency products containing rechargeable batteries, there is a 12 month warranty for the battery. This warranty will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This warranty does not apply to any defects caused from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us or the manufacturer, failure to follow these instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier's approval.

If your items develop a defect while under the warranty, or you have another complaint, notify INUI at sales@inui.co.uk within 7 days of you discovering the defect, damage or complaint. At first, you will be responsible for the return of items at your own cost. The return will then be inspected by the supplier before a refund is issued for the carriage costs incurred.

Any product returned to INUI within its warranty period that has been deemed to fail will be tested to ascertain the cause of failure. If it’s found that the failure is due to incorrect installation or incorrect supply voltages being applied to LED products, the warranty may be deemed invalid. In this case, all costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to the customer. INUI hold all records for your order and the warranty period can change over time for the product you purchased. This will not mean that your warranty will then increase to the newly updated warranty period for that product. Your warranty period will remain the same as per our records of your order.

If payment is not made in full as per the invoice under the terms & conditions agreed, then items relating to the said invoice will have a limited warranty of 1 month from the date of delivery. For outstanding payments on any invoice, all warranties on previously supplied items will not be valid until all payments and debts have been settled in full.
